Your current Board of Directors for the Boulder Ridge Homeowner's Association are fellow homeowners and your neighbors. They have been elected by the community and have stepped up as volunteers to manage the day-to-day business of the HOA. Architectural Controls
Residents are required to submit for approval any modification projects to the exterior of their home. The Board reviews each submittal to ensure consistency and continuity with original community design standards.
Well-Maintained Common Areas
The Board does their best to maintain our common areas. This includes manicured and over-seeded common area lawns, landscaping of the entrance area, etc. If the neighborhood looks good, the community feels good.
Increased Community Pride
As COVID precautions subside, the Board encourages community activities and events help bring neighbors together. The intent being to increase the pride of ownership and HOA membership within our community.
