The Board Members

Your current Board of Directors for the Boulder Ridge Homeowner's Association are fellow homeowners and your neighbors.  They have been elected by the community and have stepped up as volunteers to manage the day-to-day business of the HOA.  They receive no special favors or perks for the job and only experience and enjoy the same benefits of all members.

Helping Maintain Property Values

All residents are held accountable to deed restrictions. Homes and common areas are consistently taken care of and well-maintained. Having a well-kept home in a well-kept neighborhood is what makes Boulder Ridge desirable to a lot of home buyers.

Architectural Controls

Residents are required to submit for approval any modification projects to the exterior of their home. The Board reviews each submittal to ensure consistency and continuity with original community design standards.

Well-Maintained Common Areas 

The Board does their best to maintain our common areas. This includes manicured and over-seeded common area lawns, landscaping of the entrance area, etc.  If the neighborhood looks good, the community feels good.

Increased Community Pride

As COVID precautions subside, the Board encourages community activities and events help bring neighbors together.  The intent being to increase the pride of ownership and HOA membership within our community.

Standardized Rules Promotes Pride and Unity

Each homeowner is held to the same set of standards for the upkeep of their home. When members take pride in the maintenance of their homes, it shows!  We live in a beautiful neighborhood that we can all feel proud of.

Financial Stability

A well-managed HOA has a reserve study in place and funds available for future common area repairs and capital improvements, thereby reducing the likelihood of needing a special assessment.

Added Layer of Support

When dealing with neighborhood property issues, the Board will partner with municipal code compliance departments to ensure adherence to the rules.
