Architecture Committee

One of the benefits of a homeowner’s association is the ability to create and maintain a pleasing and cohesive physical appearance within the neighborhood. And, to accomplish that goal, the Boulder Ridge Architectural Review committee is charged with reviewing any permanent exterior alteration or improvements. Keep in mind, each homeowner, by accepting the Boulder Ridge Homeowners Association governing documents at closing, has agreed to abide by the terms of those documents. Indentures are for the protection of homeowner values. The indentures are available for download in the Documents page, or you can request an electronic copy by emailing us [email protected].

An essential provision of those documents is the mechanism for ensuring the maintenance of high aesthetic standards within Boulder Ridge. Please keep in mind that Architectural Review Committee Approval is required for any alteration or improvement to the exterior of your property.

Before you begin plans for any alteration or improvement, you should first consult your Declaration of Covenants. That document will give you a more detailed understanding of the architectural review process. Please feel free to email the Boulder Ridge HOA Board to receive clarification or help with the process.
